Please read before completing summer camp registration
By signing this I confirm that I/We have been made aware that there are a variety of specific risks and dangers inherent in pursuit of team games/scavenger hunt/snorkeling/paddleboarding/coastal rib tours/sea shore safari and all other activities offered by Oceans of Discovery. The specific risks and dangers have been explained to me by employees of Oceans of Discovery and I/We voluntarily agree to assume all of these and other risks inherent in the pursuit team games/scavenger hunt/snorkeling/paddleboarding/coastal rib tours/seashore safari. I acknowledge that I/We are physically capable and sufficiently trained for participation in this event. I confirm that I/We are confident and capable of partaking in these activities. I/we confirm that there is no medical condition or injury that would increase risk of personal injury or that of injury to any other party including the staff of Oceans of Discovery. While participating in the activity indicated above I/We acknowledge that I/We are subject to the Oceans of Discovery guidelines and policies and that the instructors must be obeyed at all times. I/We accept that if I/We fail to obey the instructors it may result in the activity being immediately stopped and I/We shall have to return to the point of origin. I/We understand and accept that in the event of injury Ocean of Discovery staff may assist me with medical support/first aid assistance and I/We hereby consent to and authorise such members of staff of Oceans of Discovery to perform such assistance as may be necessary or appropriate. I/We understand further that any such medical or other services provided to me or the conveyance of me by ambulance, car or other means to hospital or to a doctor for the purposes of medical attention is not an admission of liability to provide for or continue to provide any such services and it is not a waiver of any of the said parties rights under this agreement. I/We confirm that I/We have read the Oceans of Discovery Safety Regulations and I/We will participate in the activities in accordance with such safety regulations. I/We confirm that I/ We will wear any safety equipment as required by the regulators and instructors. I/We hereby release, waive and discharge Oceans of Discovery, their officers, servants, agents or employees from all and required by the regulators and instructors. I/We hereby release, waive and discharge Oceans of Discovery, their officers, servants, agents or employees from all and any liabilities, claims or demands or injury including death that may be sustained by me while participating in the following activity:- team games/scavenger hunt/snorkeling/paddleboarding/coastal rib tours/sea shore safari. I/We confirm that this waiver should be governed by and construed in accordance with Irish law and the contract comes under the jurisdiction of the Irish Courts. By signing this, I also consent to the collection and use of my child's personal data for the purposes of camp registration, communication, and safety, in accordance with GDPR
